When I came into the healthcare industry. I asked, “why don’t the Healthcare Brokers Cooperating”? everyone said, “It’s just the way things are.” In my opinion, clients were not getting the full benefit that they get in other areas of the commercial real estate and business opportunities field that are common. Don’t get me wrong. I understand the “Dual agency” element and why that may work well in some cases. But not all of them.
